launch tor nd click on settings...click on network settings and tick "i use a proxy to access the internet" then enter the following
ADDRESS===>127.0.0.1
PORT===8080
USERNAME==WEB
PASSWORD==WEB
TYPE==HTTP/HTTPS

also,tick my firewall only lets me connect certain ports and ADD 8080 in place of 443 that is 80,8080.
Then,click on advance and set authentication to "none".. Click oK,save. Now,
configure ur browser{internet explorer or moxilla e.t.c} wit address=127.0.0.1 and port=8118
