Operamini4.2 handler free browsing setting
Use: 1.http://wap.mtnonline.com/server 2.socket://wap.mtnonline.com/server. 3.front query:wap.mtnonline.com.t9space.com/power/m/http/80.232.117.41:80, leave the middle query blank and use web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net in the back query, leave other places blank and 'untick remove port' and use 10.199.212.2:8080 in the host box.

This setting is outdated! Check my newer post..try those ones but,if connection still refuses then,do send me ur cameroon ntwrk details! That is,send me ur mtn default settings.
